Prepare the cupcake batter and mix in a little green food color. Pour batter in the muffin cases using a piping bag and bake the cupcakes for about 15 minutes, at 350 degrees F. Let them chill and make a green frosting by mixing a little whipping cream with green food color. Remove the cupcakes from the tin and cover them with the green icing. Place 2 white Mentos candies on the top side of the cookies and draw a black dot with black piping gel, on each candy, making 2 funny eyes.
