Treating Cracked Heels And Blackened Feet

During summer, the dust and dirt in the air as well as on the ground can cause a lot of damage to your feet, particularly if you wear sandals. If you want to get rid of the terrible image of dirty, black feet and cracked heels there is something that you can try out. Nothing works wonders like water. Dehydration can be the main cause of cracked heels. What you need to do is the following. Use some shaving cream and apply it on your soles. If you have a bucket or a very big bowl you can fill it with water and Listerine. Then you should grab two towels and damp them in the bucket. Afterwards, you should wrap the towels around your feet and keep them like that for half an hour. When your 30 minutes are through, rub your soles with the towels. This foot massage will relax you and it will also remove some of the dead cells on your soles, revealing some healthy looking feet. Clean your feet to get rid of the solution and then rub some lotion on your soles.  Try to find a lotion that will moisturize your feet.
